We first visited Kalkan in September 2013 and fell in love. We made our return visit in June 2014 and bought a beautiful 2 bedroomed apartment. We loved having own own piece of paradise but wanted more space, so decided to upgrade to a Villa.
In October 2017 our agent showed us a plot of land and before we knew it Villa Margarita was being built with completion in May 2018!
When we used to book holiday accommodation, we always found it helpful if there were lots of images that gave us a really good idea of what it was like. We have tried to put together a website which really gives you a feel of the villa, so we spent some time taking photos and recording videos. We do not profess to be fantastic movie makers, but hope that you can ‘take the tour’ and get a good idea of the great facilities and quality of the villa and of course a good look at the stunning views!!!
When we are not enjoying spending time in Villa Margarita, we live in Essex with our grown up son, Matt and our beloved Springer Spaniel – Sophie. Mike works is in Banking and Fiona is a Therapist specialising in Anxiety.
